If you order a product with any customization (metallic print, glitter, custom design, etc) or during high volume periods/holidays, it may take up to 14 business days before your order is shipped. Ready-to-ship products will be shipped out next business day. Once shipped it will take between 3-5 business days to arrive via USPS. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns. Please be sure to check our sizing chart for the correct size before purchasing. If you need to exchange your item for a different colour or style, you may be charged a 30% restocking fee.
