Unless otherwise noted, our products are made to order. Average production time is 3-5 business days. Some orders may take longer than the average production time. If you'd like to have your order by a specific date, please send us an email (hello@mochadesignstudio.com) before submitting your order. Once shipped it will take between 3-5 business days to arrive via USPS. If you order a product with any customization (metallic print, glitter, custom design, etc) or during high volume periods/holidays, it may take up to 14 business days before your order is shipped. Ready-to-ship products will be shipped out next business day. Once shipped it will take between 3-5 business days to arrive via USPS. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns. Please be sure to check our sizing chart for the correct size before purchasing. If you need to exchange your item for a different colour or style, you may be charged a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for exchanges.
