- For made to order apparel or items:
- Returns: Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns.
- Exchanges: Please be sure to check our sizing chart for the correct size before purchasing. If you need to exchange your item for a different color or style, you may be charged a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for exchanges.
- Ready to ship items:
- Returns: Ready to Ship Items that are unopened, unused/unworn, unwashed, free of odors and stain are eligible for return within 14 calendar days after marked as delivered. Please contact us at hello@mochadesignstudio.com for assistance with your return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping back to us. We highly recommend using tracking and insuring the package (if the value is more than $30). Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, eligible refunds will be issued to the customer in 3-5 business days after it’s been received and processed. The refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
